Although the 906 is no longer produced, we want to dedicate this page to a special product where it all started. The 906 and 938 are quite similar in sound, with the benefit of the 938 having an additional bass enclosure. HPS-906 is our first 2-way speakers for the HPS series. It is also the first to utilize our revolutionary S.V.F. drive, which is the soul component in all our HPS and HWS speakers. The unique lower cabinet design (while available) serves as a speaker stand as well as the transportation protection box. It is the answer from Hyperion for 2-way speaker system. Like all the speakers from Hyperion, the HPS-906 is finished in high gloss piano lacquer finish, which is a painstaking 10-step-and-layer process in Hyperion. Custom colors are available at additional cost.
